Service & Maintenance

Under the Gas Safe regulations, all new gas appliances must be registered with Gas Safe / Building Control. This is to protect customers’ guarantee and is essential for the manufacturers warranty.

Underfloor Heating

Underfloor heating is the most efficient way to run your heating system. Most heating systems with standard radiators run at 55 – 75 degrees, whereas underfloor heating runs at 30 – 40 degrees, which saves on gas usage from your boiler. It is best installed on new builds or extensions and conservatories, but it can be retrofitted to an existing property with a few modifications in most cases.
