Lee Jackman
Director
Gas, Plumbing and Heating Engineer
I started my modern apprenticeship in 1996 with Sheffield Direct Services (Sheffield City Council). I worked on various sections, with the work ranging from basic plumbing to full heating installations and gas maintenance and repair. I spent a total of ten years gaining experience and knowledge.
In 2006 I left and formed my own company “High Efficiency Low Carbon Ltd. By forming my own company I have been able to keep learning new technologies and work on larger projects, fully designing systems to meet customers’ requirements.
I have passion for my job and enjoy working with customers’ and other trades to achieve and develop systems and plumbing projects into reality.

Office Secretary & Bookkeeper
I’ve been HELC’s secretary for six years now and bookkeeper for three years. I achieved my Level 2 and Level 3 in Business and Administration through an apprenticeship.
I have taken on many roles in the office, from creating this website, creating and sending invoices and quotes, to dealing with the company’s Tax returns. Over the past few years we have developed a great customer database; we always put you and your safety first.
