As the owner of High Efficiency Low Carbon Ltd, Lee Jackman started his training in 1995 and attained his modern apprenticeship with a Sheffield plumbing company, gaining all the various aspects of gas, plumbing and central heating installation needed.
HELC was established in 2006. We design and install full gas fired systems with all the latest energy efficient controls, including condensing combination boilers, condensing system boilers and condensing open-vented boilers.
We pride ourselves on our quality and standards. All our installations comply with current gas regulations and building standards, as well as manufacturers’ literature. All boilers installed in the UK must be installed to “benchmark” standards; this legally ties your installer to the install, and enables the manufacturers to honour the warranty safe in the knowledge that the installation complies with all current legislation.
